Warranty Period

The warranty takes effect immediately after your manufacturer’s warranty expires, providing you with uninterrupted peace of mind.

Choose between:

1. 6 months coverage
2. 12 months coverage
3. 24 months coverage
4. 36 months coverage

The vehicle must pass a pre-warranty inspection to qualify.

How to Claim

2. Our mechanics will run a diagnostic check and verify coverage.
3. If approved, the repair costs are fully covered under warranty.
4. No upfront payment needed for approved claims.

Pre-authorisation is required before any repair work begins.

What’s Not Covered

Your extended warranty does not cover:

- General wear & tear (e.g. brake pads, tyres, wipers)
- Cosmetic damage (e.g. paintwork, scratches)
- Accidental damage or collision repairs
- Modifications or aftermarket parts
- Damage from misuse or lack of maintenance

Always follow the recommended servicing schedule to maintain your warranty coverage.

Is Your Vehicle Eligible for Extended Warranty Coverage?

Get Added Protection for your Car

To ensure coverage is effective and fair, your vehicle must pass a quick eligibility check.

New Cars:

- Coverage must be purchased at point of sale (with up to 2 weeks / 100km tolerance)
- Engine capacity must be below 3000cc
- Must fall within our eligible makes and models

Used Cars:

- Car must be below 9 years old or have less than 180,000 km
- Engine capacity must be below 3000cc
- Must fall within our eligible makes and models
- Requires a mandatory vehicle inspection (valid for up to 30 days or 50km)
