AA Overseas Driving Personal Accident Insurance

This is a Personal Accident insurance policy which provides compensation for the following as a result of an Accident occurring Overseas whilst the Insured is driving or mounting onto or dismounting from a Motor Vehicle.

12 months worldwide coverage (excluding Singapore & Insured’s Home Country).

Key Features:

• Accidental Death Coverage – Pays 100% of the sum insured in the event of accidental death while driving overseas.
• Permanent Disablement Coverage – Compensation up to 100% of the sum insured for major injuries such as loss of limbs, sight, or total paralysis.
• Comprehensive Protection – Covers injuries sustained while driving, mounting, or dismounting from a motor vehicle (excluding motorcycles and ATVs).
• Defined Eligibility – Open to Singapore Citizens, PRs, and valid Work Pass holders aged 18 to 65, with a valid Singapore Driving Licence and residing permanently in Singapore.

Main Exclusions:

• Participation in extreme or hazardous sports, motor rallies, or professional sports
• Illness, disease, pregnancy-related events, or suicide
• Pre-existing conditions
• Accidents while under the influence of alcohol or drugs (unless prescribed)
• War, invasion, civil unrest, and radiation-related incidents

Important Notes:

• Coverage is limited to 100% of the sum insured per accident or policy period.
• Permanent total disablement benefits require the injury to persist without improvement for 12 continuous months.
• Only driving incidents abroad (outside Singapore and home country) are covered.

Eligibility

1. Singapore Citizen

Singapore Permanent Residents or Foreigners holding valid Singapore employment pass/S-pass/work permit, holding valid Singapore Driving Licence and permanently residing in Singapore.

2. Age Range

The person must age between 18 to 65 years old
